Crystal is a certified Intuitive Eating counselor, barre & yoga instructor, and former NBA dancer. After dancing for the Los Angeles Laker Girls from 2004-2006 she went on to open a Bar Method franchise studio in Downtown LA. After closing her studio in early 2020, Crystal and her family found themselves following their love for the slopes and headed to Colorado.
Crystal is so thrilled to be teaching and sharing her joy and passion for dance and movement!

Ali began teaching at Kondition after moving to CO in 2021 & is a certified personal trainer through NASM. With a background in mental health, she understands the profound connection between a healthy mind and movement, and she's dedicated to guiding you on your journey to holistic well-being.

Originally a collegiate swimmer, Ali's path took a turn after enduring multiple surgeries. Instead of letting setbacks define her, she discovered the transformative power of strength training and spin. Annie has been an avid yoga practitioner and meditator most of her life, from which she developed a deeply rooted passion for integrating a mindful approach into all movement endeavors. She began teaching yoga in 2016, through which she loves bringing forth the deeper elements of the yoga traditions beyond asana. Her deep love for all things movement and dance led her to begin teaching barre in 2020. She views barre as not only a functional workout regimen, but knows it’s potential to be a potent embodiment practice through which one can tap into deepening layers of mind-body awareness. Annie recently underwent a comprehensive equipment and mat pilates training, marking her newest love affair with her movement facilitation offerings.

Ariella grew up with yoga & meditation but it wasn’t until burning out after a decade of international human rights work that she became wholly committed to her practice. Using yoga as a tool to address burn out, she quickly realized the importance of yoga for healing & creating deep peace within. She has been teaching internationally for the past 15 years.

Ariella loves supporting people on their path to self-discovery. She teaches people to integrate their yoga practice into their everyday lives. Her classes incorporate mindfulness, meditation, breath work, Myofascial release & more. She weaves relatable storytelling into her thoughtful sequences, all done to the backdrop of a great playlist. While she encourages a strong spiritual discipline committed to the tradition and science of yoga, she loves bringing humor and levity to her classes making her teaching approachable & fun.

Bobbi began practicing Barre in northern California and then in Chicago almost 20 years ago. As a registered yoga (RYT) and certified Barre instructor, she enjoys helping others find a deeper engagement in class -- both physically and mentally. With music, composition and hands-on assists she strives to leave each client feeling empowered, energized and enlightened. Bobbi is honored to teach our strong, energetic clients a proven method that complements their lifestyles and many outdoor activities. When not working she enjoys running, skiing, playing tennis & pickleball, cooking, and watching her kids play soccer and lacrosse.

The mind-body connection is paramount for Bobbi as she believes a focus on whole foods and other simple lifestyle changes can bring about well-being and positivity for her clients. Bobbi has a Master's degree in Nutritional Science from San Jose State University and practices as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in the Boulder community.

Cara is a former div 1 athlete turned trainer because of her love of movement and to inspire others to do so too. She has been a trainer for 10 years and specializes in building strength, enhancing mobility, and advancing ability. She uses all modalities in her training, including free weights, TRX, dumbbells and anything else available. She is certified through NASM. She has certification in kettle bell, TRX , RIP, and Animal Flow.

Courtney M.

Courtney is a southern girl with a wild west spirit. She moved to Boulder in 2009 and has truly found her home here in Colorado. You can find Courtney on the trails in the early mornings with friends or her dog, Murph, during the day as a Spanish teacher and at night as a strength coach at Kondition. Being an athlete her whole life, Courtney’s passion for whole-body health is a top priority. Having healed her own body through strength training, Courtney is a big believer in the foundations of building strength and the ways in which it keeps your body pain free. You can expect to have your booty bumping while also building muscle.

Daisy H.

Daisy is a mom of 3 active boys and is a floral designer. You can catch her occasionally helping out at the local flower shop after her classes. Daisy fell in love with group fitness in college when her mom introduced her to jazzercise. In 2003 she became certified and started her career in teaching fitness, which has expanded from jazzercise to barre and cycling. You can expect a rock’n playlist and a challenging workout when you take Daisy’s class. She believed taking an hour for yourself and working out with a group is motivating, supporting and most of all FUN!

Denali is a Registered Dietitian and fitness professional with almost 20 years of experience in the wellness and fitness industry. Denali teaches Lagree, Pilates, cycle, yoga, strength training, HIIT classes, and more.
Denali's classes blend knowledge, grit, wisdom, strength, and passion as her classes are challenging, yet invigorating. Denali will meet you where your current physical needs are while challenging you to give more. When Denali is not teaching, you can find Denali on a trail, either hiking or on a bike.

Emma grew up in the Midwest and moved out to Boulder in the summer of 2021. She has been an athlete her whole life, running cross country and track through college and getting her NASM Group Fitness certification in 2019. Kondition was the first fitness studio Emma visited upon moving to Boulder, and she never looked back! She began teaching Strength and HIIT classes in January 2023 and has loved getting to know all of the amazing Kondition clients. Outside of coaching, Emma works full-time at an advertising agency in account management. She loves all of the outdoor activities that Boulder has to offer and is always down for a sunset hike! In Emma's class, you can expect to consistently challenge yourself and feel empowered (and jam out to some Y2k classics!)

Lauren is not only an incredible yoga teacher, but also Nutritionist, Healthy Living Chef and mother of a cute little boy. Her best advice to those beginning their fitness journey is JUST BEGIN. A single step in the right direction is all that you need to focus on. Do not compare yourself to others, this is your journey. You can expect Lauren's classes to take you into a world where comparison doesn't exist, a place where each person practices at their own pace and feels completely taken care of and included. If words could touch, Lauren's would be a hug.

In 2000, Lauren found and fell deeply in love with yoga. Yoga and mindful cooking have such congruency and Lauren has found deep passion aligning these two practices in her workshops, retreats and one on one with clients.

Matt Restivo has relocated to boulder county from the NYC area and we’re excited to introduce his rhythmiK ride. He has been a musician since age 4 and an endurance athlete since age 24. Matt taught at Flywheel in NYC for 6 years before joining us.

Matt’s classes have a strong focus on music. You will work out to a carefully curated playlist that both motivates and entertains. You will find yourself pedaling hard and dripping with sweat after one of Matt’s classes.

Skylar S.

Skylar's classes mix structure with flow; she's upbeat, smiley, welcoming and loves to play current pop music. She teaches mat pilates and barre at Kondition. Originally from Texas and North Carolina, Skylar grew up dancing and playing sports as a child. She found her passion for teaching fitness while she lived in New York City where she began teaching at Barre3. She received her 200hr yoga certification in the fall of 2014 in Thailand and has been trained in Vedic meditation by Thom Knoles and Nicho Plowman in India. Skylar is a full time photographer at Stetten Wilson. She's traveled to 40 countries and believes life is more meaningful when it's in the service of others and is thrilled to be a part of the Kondition team.

Stephanie B.

Exercise has always been part of Stephanie's life. As a busy mom of three amazing children, exercise has helped with her physical and mental well being. In 2009 a friend introduced Stephanie to Barre and she never turned back. For over a decade, Barre has built her cardiovascular system, muscle endurance, flexibility and has transformed her body and mind. Stephanie loves that each class plan includes high repetition and low impact exercises.

Following years of Barre classes, Stephanie went through an extensive training program with The Bar Method in Boulder, Colorado. After dedicating months in training, she received her certification as a Barre instructor in 2016.

Community is what keeps her coming back. Stephanie feels privileged to have the opportunity to help transform clients into more empowered, confident and stronger people in and out the studio.

Sydney is originally from Minnesota and recently moved to the Boulder area. She has been a fitness instructor for 3 years while studying biomedical engineering at the University of Wisconsin. Her full time career is as an engineer in Boulder, but she is so excited that she also gets to share her passion for fitness by teaching classes in her free time!

She loves all things fitness, especially strength training, HIIT, yoga, hiking and running. She also love traveling, reading and coffee. She can't wait to see you in class!

Originally from the Midwest and after living downtown Chicago for nearly 10 years, Carly decided to move west for adventure and change of scenery. In her full-time career, Carly works in employer health benefits strategy and wellness strategy consulting. She is the Co-Chair of the Wellness employee resource group at her current company focusing on helping employees with their overall wellness (physical, mental and financial).

Passionate about movement and overall well-being, Carly is Certified GFI, CPR and in progress for Nutrition Coach certification and 200 hour yoga teacher training. She is in a constant state of learning and growth as far as wellness is concerned.

Kristin’s classes promise to be a moment in your busy day to let loose and have fun. Expect to be able to sing along to more than half of the tunes. She’s full of energy and silliness, likely because she’s a mom of four kids and a wild French Bulldog.

She started teaching group exercise over 15 years ago and believes that there’s no better place to have all the feels and leave with a huge, sweaty smile on your face. She moved to Colorado two years ago and has lived across the US over the years. When she's not teaching or wrangling her crew, she's drinking and marketing coffee (yum!)

Carley’s passion for fitness and wellness began in her early days of playing competitive volleyball. This foundation of fitness and play led her to become a personal trainer and later a yoga teacher, and Buti Yoga instructor. It was in teaching Buti Yoga (a combination of yoga and dance) where she fully experienced the transformative power of dance and movement in both herself and her students.

After graduating from the University of Michigan, Shari Polis lived in New York City where she directed and choreographed musicals for kids of all ages for 2 decades. She was a teaching artist with NYC's leading children’s theaters Tada! and City Lights for 10 years. Shari founded her own dance and theater company in Brooklyn, the UpBring Dance Company, which she ran for 12 years. Shari's NYC theater credits include The Vagina Monologues at the acclaimed off Broadway theater Soho Playhouse, Lysistrata in the international touring company, and The Minotaur off Broadway.

Shari is currently the Performing Arts teacher at the Boulder JCC, teaches dance in BVSD schools, choreographs for Reel Kids, and teaches private dance lessons here in beautiful Boulder, CO.
