We have a wide range of class offerings to challenge and inspire you. Please call or come by our studio to find out more about who we are and what to expect!
For group cardio classes, start with the Konditioner (HIIT class) or a Cycling class. We require you to use “Studio Shoes”, that are for indoors only so we can protect our floors from the chaos and dirt outside. For cycling, you can use your own cycling shoes (please make sure they aren’t bringing the dirt/mud from your rides) or we have cycling shoes to rent for $3. (And! We even sell cycling or studio shoes in our retail store).
If you choose Cycling, try our Kardio Cycle or Khoreo Cycle. Kardio will introduce you to the power meter and help you understand indoor cycling form. Khoreo will have you dancing on the bike when you’re ready for something a little extra. All of our instructors have their own unique personality, so we encourage you to try them all!
We offer Klassic Barre classes that are the most challenging Barre in Boulder! They are 60 mins of intense yet fun and interesting moves that will keep you on your toes (literally). We also have an express version for those 45 min. quick and dirty sessions.
And for yogis, dynamiK flow will give you a great, challenging vinyasa style class, great for all levels! Our newest class, sKulpt, takes the flow up a notch…adding light weights and a little more intensity.
